Property Configuration

Before you add units or people records, take a moment to configure your property settings. These settings affect how dates, currencies, and invoices are displayed throughout the platform.

1

Navigate to Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar, then select Organisation. This is where all your property-wide settings live.

2

Set your property name

Enter your property's full name (e.g. "Sunnyvale Holiday Park"). This name appears on invoices, the portal, and email communications.

3

Choose your timezone

Select your local timezone from the dropdown. This controls how dates and times appear on bookings, stays, placements, invoices, and reports. For Australian properties, choose your state's timezone.

4

Set your currency

Choose the currency you operate in (e.g. AUD for Australian Dollars). All charges, invoices, and reports will use this currency.

You can change these settings at any time, but it is best to get them right before you start adding bookings, stays, or placements. Changing the timezone later does not affect existing booking, stay, or placement dates.

The Setup Guide

When you first log in, a setup guide appears on your dashboard. It shows your progress through initial configuration with checkboxes for each step: organisation details, adding your first unit type, adding units, and creating a test booking, stay, or placement. You can dismiss it once you are comfortable, or revisit it at any time from Settings.
