Understanding Revenue Reports
Revenue reports give you a clear picture of how much money your property is generating. Navigate to Dashboard > Reports > Revenue to see your income broken down by time period, unit type, and payment method.
Revenue Summary
The revenue summary shows your total income for the selected period with key metrics.
Go to Reports > Revenue
Click Reports in the sidebar, then select Revenue.
Choose a date range
Use the date picker at the top to select the period you want to view — this week, this month, this quarter, or a custom range.
Review the summary cards
At the top of the page you will see total revenue, number of payments received, average payment amount, and comparison to the previous period.
View the breakdown
Scroll down to see revenue broken down by unit type, payment method, and individual guests. This helps you understand where your income is coming from.
Compare months side-by-side to spot trends. Seasonal properties typically see revenue peaks during holiday periods — use the reports to plan staffing and maintenance schedules.
Other Available Reports
In addition to revenue, LodgeKit provides reports for debt aging (outstanding invoices by age), collection rate (percentage of invoices paid on time), and reconciliation (matching LodgeKit payments with your accounting software). Find all reports under Dashboard > Reports.
