Giving People Access

The self-service portal is available at /portal on your LodgeKit URL. People log in with their email address and a password. You control who has access by sending portal invitations.

Sending a Portal Invitation

Here is how to invite a person to use the portal.

Open the person profile

Go to Dashboard > Guests and click on the person you want to invite.

Click Invite to Portal

Look for the Invite to Portal button on their profile page.

Confirmation email is sent

They receive an email with a link to set their password and access the portal.

Password is set

They click the link, create a password, and can log in immediately.

Send portal invitations to long-stay guests, residents, campers, members, or customers during onboarding. It reduces the number of "what do I owe?" phone calls dramatically.

Portal Customisation

The portal uses your organisation's branding automatically. Your business name appears in the header. The portal is fully responsive and works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
